Micole "Mic" Armstead (she/her/they/them) is an undergraduate English major pursuing their studies at the University of North Texas. Between fiction and prose writing, they write poetry which attempts to draw readers into their orbit, so as to experience the world—for a moment—through their eyes. In their spare time, they submit their fiction to various journals and magazines as well as to their personal Substack (@capphic). They also distribute their works locally as zines.
Anthony Brown is a fourth-year student at the University of Cincinnati studying Creative Writing & English Education with a minor in Marketing and three certificates in Copyediting & Publishing, Professional Writing and Literary Journalism. He is rushing Tau Kappa Epsilon (Lambda-Gamma) and is a part of Cincy Poetry Collective. Anthony is currently co-oping as a technical/grant writer while on a remote marketing/social media/storytelling internship. Anthony loves the realms of writing whether that's professional writing, copyediting, poetry, non-fiction, or more. He loves Fiona Apple, Mitski, Ozzy Osbourne, Madonna, and music as a whole. Obsessed with Webster's New Universal Unabridged Dictionary (2003), Anthony's work has been published under Short Vine Journal, Fellowship of the Unmoored, Wingless Dreamer, and The Persimmon Review. He is forthcoming under Prism Undergraduate Journal, Queen City Writers, and Hog Creek Hardin.
Crystal Gonzales is an undergraduate student at Adams State University, majoring in English Literature while aspiring to become a teacher. She is also a business owner, and full-time mother of five who is dedicated to the success of her family. Crystal is passionate about advocating for students who are considered underserved and underrepresented, and believes that each person has a story to tell. At Adams State University, Crystal has found her voice, passion for writing, and a welcoming community. She enjoys watching ice hockey, reading and writing, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to a lifetime of learning and teaching, enveloped by her love for literature.
Brooklyn Hibshman is a fourth-year undergraduate student at Utah State University, where she is majoring in creative writing and technical communication and rhetoric. She is a Writing Fellow for Utah State and a staff member for Sink Hollow, the university’s literary journal. Her research focuses on AI in professional writing with an emphasis on news articles.
Erin Naramore is a third-year undergraduate student at Queens University of Charlotte. Erin is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Professional Writing & Rhetoric and a minor in Creative Writing. She is a senior writing consultant at her university’s writing center, a senior editor for the Queens literary magazine, Signet, and associate editor-in-chief for the 9th volume of QUEST, Queens Undergraduate Research Journal. Her academic interests include rhetoric, writing pedagogy, and gender & sexuality studies, and she plans to go to graduate school after she graduates in 2027.
Aabidah Rakhange, Aysha Rafeek, and Masa Abbas (pictured in order) are undergraduate students at the College of Architecture, Art, and Design at the American University of Sharjah (UAE). Driven by a shared passion for understanding the evolving role of art in society, they explore how creative practices respond to technological advancements and historical legacies. Their work challenges conventional narratives and seeks to uncover overlooked issues and hidden stories within the art world. Through research and innovative thinking, they aim to reveal the impact of art on contemporary life and inspire fresh perspectives on how it shapes our surroundings.
Cameron Yun is a senior at the University of West Georgia. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Theater, and plans to pursue a law degree after graduation. Cameron’s research at UWG examines the relationship humans have with technology, especially the effects of Artificial Intelligence on human psychology and sociology. She hopes to continue her studies focusing on the effects Artificial Intelligence has on adolescence and advocate for policies and legislation to protect the integrity of children’s education.
